Herbal Spice Blend- Organic This artisan blend of fresh ground spices is common in North India, South India, Pakistan, and other South Asian cuisines. It is used alone or with other seasonings for both sweet and savory dishes. The word “garam” refers to “heat” in the Ayurvedic sense of the word, meaning “to heat the body” as these warming spices will gently elevate body temperature. A perfect compliment to fall and winter recipes.
