Handcrafted Culinary Spice Blend

Berbere is a chile and spice blend used to season many Ethiopian dishes, from baked fish dishes to chicken stew. Because authentic berbere can be hard to find, we developed our own artisan blend of freshly ground spices. It's quite spicy, so start with a small amount and add more to taste.

Ingredients: Himalayan salt, crushed red pepper, black pepper, fenugreek, ginger, allspice, cumin, clove, coriander, cardamom, and nutmeg
