Pu-erh Chocolate Chai

Hand Crafted Herbal Tea Blend

This delicious chai blend has velvety, mellow and deep flavors. An enticing blend of energizing Pu-erh tea, shade-grown yerba mate and cacao, this tea is great for a morning or afternoon uplift. Made even more inviting by creamy vanilla, nutty coconut and fruity and pungent Ayurvedic long pepper, this may become your favorite chai tea!

Recommended Brewing Instructions: Water 212°F (Boiling) / 1 tablespoon per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 5–6 minutes

Or try the following preparation for a more traditional Chai:

Mix 2 tbsp of Chocolate Chai with 1 cup water and 1 cup milk in a saucepan. Bring to a light boil then reduce the heat to your stoves lowest setting and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in 1-3 tbsp of sugar, honey or agave nectar (optional for a sweeter chai). Strain into a mug or pitcher and enjoy hot or over ice.
