Stir a tablespoon in a mug of hot water (it dissolves instantly), wait a few minutes, add milk or sweetener if you want, and enjoy.

A blend of organic roasted Dandelion root, Dandy Blend (roasted extracts of Dandelion root, Chicory root, Barley, Rye), organic Cacao, organic Reishi mushroom, and organic Cinnamon. Gluten free.
