White Peony (Bai Mu Dan) is the most common style of traditional white tea, consisting of two tealeaves and a silvery bud. White Peony Tea is prized for its smooth, sweet flavor and slightly woody, toasted aroma. The gentle processing and a unique withering process results in an amber-orange infusion with mild flavor. This tea is organic from Fujian, China.

White tea contains anti-oxidants, has anti-aging and anti-stress properties, increases concentration and longevity, and has mild detoxifying properties.

Recommended brewing instructions: Water 185°F /2 tablespoons per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 3–5 minutes
