This ancient oolong tea has a light golden and coppery infusion with a smooth body and sweet finish. Its aroma is profoundly reminiscent of baked grain and dried sugary dates. It's best to steep this tea many times, increasing the steeping time by one minute with each steeping to bring out the nuances of this teas flavor. Contains: Oolong tealeaves from Nantou, Taiwan.

Recommended Brewing Instructions: Water 195°F / 1-2 teaspoon per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 3–4 minutes
