A very close cousin to Rooibos but lighter in appearance and taste, and with just a tiny amount of naturally occurring caffeine. Rich in antioxidants and many rare trace elements. High in phytoestrogens. Used for menstrual problems including PMS and menopause. Helps prevent breast cancer and osteoporosis. Anti-diabetic, anti-viral, and anti-fungal.

Recommended Brewing Instructions: Water 195°F /1 tablespoon per 8 ounces/ Infusion Time: 5-7 minutes
