We take great pride in the quality of our herbs, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied, simply return your purchase for a prompt and courteous refund.

We package all bulk herbs and teas in reusable airtight plastic zipper bags. When storing herbs, try to avoid sunlight and oxygen. Glass airtight jars kept in the cupboard work best, thought zipper bags stored away from direct light work well, too.
